ATB-300 H-05, H-10 and H-15 Screed System (5, 10, and 15mm thick)

Description

These ATB-300® H systems were the start of our success within the industry as they are easy to apply, fast curing and can be applied in whatever thickness you want to apply them, from 5 mm thick up to 15 mm.

They are based upon the shrink free ATB-300 H resin and mostly applied in 5 mm, 10 mm or 15 mm. This for specification purposes. But one can apply them even to 50 cm thick in one go to fill out holes in one go should if be necessary or even thicker than that.

The ATB-300 H-10 screed system is the work horse that can be applied by means of trowel of screed box that can give you a, depending on the area, a 250 m² efficiency in one day’s work by 3 professionals applying it by means of a screed box.

Coving can easily be achieved with the system wherever necessary.

Advantages

They offer thermal insulation as an extra protection to the concrete substrate when needed.
They can be applied directly onto a non-prepared, moist or wet concrete that shows cracks. No surface prep necessary thus avoiding sand blasting or drying prior to the application of the ATB-300® GL system.
Can be spark tested.
A leak detection system can be applied underneath the ATB-300® GL Honeycomb system in order to show the environmental control agencies that the subsoil is not polluted by a simple Ph test. Upcoming ground water can be evacuated.
Can be used both for renovation purposes but also in new construction project such as in sump pits, basins, trenches, walls and many more.

ATB-300 Glass Lining System

Description

The ATB-300® GL system is a “shrink free” glass fiber filled system that can be hand applied or spray applied onto horizontal or vertical surfaces, whether on concrete or steel (inside of tanks, metal structures, concrete sump and containment bunds, drains, waste water treatment basins, drainage gulley’s, upstands, equipment bases, pump foundations, and many more)

Its standard application thickness is 3 mm that is the standard within the chemical industry. It bridges cracks in concrete to a certain extent and has proven its quality globally.

When applied by airless spray machine one can apply the ATB-300® GL system 3 times faster than when the system is applied by hand lay-up. One also saves on resin and manpower on site. Thus, an interesting solution for a customer and for the contractor that can work faster and more economical.

ATB-300 Honeycomb System

Description

The Honeycomb board measures 2.4 m x 1.2 m in size.

We use it in areas where substrates are saturated with chemicals, moisture, cracks whereby the renovation or drying of the concrete would take too long.

The Honeycomb boards are made from polyethylene / polypropylene and are used as an artificial substrate that is attacked to the concrete by plugs that are also inert to chemicals. The boards themselves are as well inert to chemicals. An ATB-300 GL system is then applied, by Airless Spray or Hand Lay up onto the boards.

They also play an insulation role whereby the concrete substrate is being protection to sudden high Delta T’s that could expand the rebars within the concrete substrate and cause cracks.

ATB-300 Vertical Application Screed System (5 mm thick)

Description

This ATB-300® V-05 system was specially designed for the protection of all possible vertical concrete substrate and is applied from minimum 5 mm thick up to 15 mm thick in one go. It is easy to be applied, fast curing and can bridge or level out unevenness’s in the vertical concrete substrate.

They are based upon the “shrink free” ATB-300® V resin and mostly applied in 5 mm up to 15 mm to fill out holes or unevenness’s.

The ATB-300® V-05 screed system is a system that is applied by means of trowel and handles well.

Coving can also be easily achieved with the system wherever necessary.

Advantages

Excellent thermal resistance up to 160°C.
Resistant to high thermal shocks or high Delta T’s. Absorbs the heat impact.
Excellent Chemical Resistance
High Abrasion resistance
Fast installation and curing times, can be taken into full use 2 hours after the system has cured.

ATB-300 Self Leveling System

Description

The ATB-300 SL is applied as a flooring system on horizontal area’s. It is standard applied to a thickness of 3 mm and is available in all possible RAL colors.

ATB-300 Roller Coat System & Coating System (0,5 to 2mm thick)

Description

The ATB-300 RC is a roller applied flooring or coating system that is applied from a minimum thickness of 0.5 mm up to 2 mm. It can also be scattered with a filler to give it a profile to the request of the customers need.

To be used for the protection of concrete and metal structures such as flooring, walls, curbs, upstands, equipment bases, drainage gulley’s, sumps and containment bunds, ceilings, and many more against chemical, thermal and mechanical attack.

ATB-300 ESD System (anti static)

Description

These are basically the same systems as the other ATB-300 systems but are ESD adapted. They are applied onto an ATB-300 ESD Primer. The characteristics are the same, but they are dark grey / black.

Note: we are in de midst of developing an ATB-300 SL ESD that will be available in all possible RAL colors. But the ATB-300 SL ESD will only be available on the market once it is thoroughly tested in the field by some of their customers and approved by them. It is in this way that all ATB-300 systems have been developed before they are available in the range.

ATB-300 Metal Coatings

Description

These are basically the same systems as the above described GL, RC, SC but applied to metal, stainless steel, carbon steel and other structures but applied onto the ATB-300 Metal Primer. Therefore, these systems do not need to be CE certified as they are applied to steel, although they are.
